Balloon Team Italia has the largest fleet of hot-air balloons in Italy and can organise flights for team-building activities, private groups and corporate events, even for large numbers of participants.

We organise tailor-made flights throughout Italy, with the option to take off from the desired location (or the best available alternative), choosing the most suitable area to showcase both the landscape below and the overall experience.
The most recommended regions are Tuscany and Piedmont, but that is precisely the beauty of hot-air ballooning: discovering new, ever-changing landscapes every time… because it is the wind that charts the course.
How a group session works
The experience takes place early in the morning, between April and October. The group will arrive at the launch site at the scheduled meeting time.
On arrival, you will be welcomed by our drivers and crews. If you arrive on time, you’ll be able to watch and take part in the final stages of preparation: an exciting experience that instantly builds energy and team spirit, drawing everyone into the heart of the adventure.
The group will then be divided among the hot-air balloons, and a general briefing will be held before take-off, with clear instructions to ensure you can enjoy the experience with complete peace of mind.

The flight lasts approximately one hour. You will fly over ever-changing landscapes, as the route is determined by the morning’s wind: every flight is unique. You will land in a field chosen by the pilot, where the excursion will come to an end.
At the end, you’ll be treated to a toast prepared by our staff with prosecco and fruit juices, as well as time to take group photos and capture the experience.
Afterwards, you return by dedicated bus.
The whole activity takes about 2–3 hours, from preparation to return.
