First name, last name, email address, phone number, payment details, and information required for booking a hot-air balloon flight (date, number of participants, any special requirements).

IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and access times, automatically collected through our website systems.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
a) Managing bookings and providing the hot-air balloon flight service (performance of a contract – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
b) Compliance with legal, tax, and aviation safety obligations under ENAC regulations and EU Regulation 2018/395 (legal obligation – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
c) Sending commercial and promotional communications, only with your explicit consent (consent – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
d) Handling complaints and legal protection (legitimate interest – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data Retention
Your data is processed using IT and paper-based tools, in compliance with the security measures required by the GDPR. Booking-related data is retained for 10 years in accordance with tax and aviation safety obligations. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn.
5. Data Sharing and Transfer
Your data may be shared with: banks and payment processors, competent authorities (ENAC, Italian Revenue Agency), IT service providers. Data is not transferred outside the European Union, except where marketing tools (e.g. Google, Meta) are used under appropriate safeguards.
